On this page you'll find all the key information about shipping costs, delivery times and the payment methods accepted by DEAN SHOP for our home and garden product range. The terms set out below form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Costs

All prices displayed on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. The applicable shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process before you finalise your order.

Please note: For shipments outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and other fees may apply, which must be paid by the recipient. These are not charged by DEAN SHOP but levied directly by the customs authorities or the shipping provider in the respective destination country.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times begin on the day of order confirmation, together with the receipt of your payment. Orders received on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for dispatch on the same day. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Should an item not be immediately available, we will indicate this on the relevant product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure, strikes or other unforeseeable events — the delivery time may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with renowned logistics companies to ship your order, including:

• Royal Mail
• DHL
• DPD
• Evri
• UPS (for international shipments)

As soon as your shipment leaves the warehouse, we will automatically send you an email containing the corresponding tracking number, allowing you to follow the status of your delivery online at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered is complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility for damages or delays arising from incorrect address data. Once your order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address are unfortunately no longer possible.

5. Partial Shipments

In some cases it may be sensible to split an order into several shipments — for example, when individual products become available at different times. Of course, this does not result in any additional shipping costs for you.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• PayPal
• Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Bank transfer (where applicable)

We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods — depending, for instance, on the order amount, destination country or other objective criteria.

7. Secure Payment Processing

All payment transactions are carried out via SSL/TLS-encrypted and appropriately secured connections. Our payment partners are certified to PCI DSS Level 1. The payment details you enter are sent directly to the respective provider — full credit card details are at no point stored by DEAN SHOP.

8. Invoicing

For every order placed with us, you will automatically receive an invoice, which we send to you by email. This contains all legally required information, including the VAT amount shown separately.

9. Issues with Your Delivery

If your shipment does not arrive within the stated delivery period or the parcel shows visible damage, please contact us promptly at contact@deanshop.com, stating your order number. We will then promptly take care of finding a suitable solution.
